Prior to Vantage, worked at several global banks and focused on debt financings for companies in the automotive, paper and packaging and diversified industrials spaces.
Started career at Citi in the corporate banking division.

Anthony has over 45 years of service in the insurance and risk industry. Prior to joining Vantage, Anthony was the CEO of Marsh Commercial in the United Kingdom. Before becoming an International CEO, Anthony was the Regional CEO for Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in both the Northeast and the Southwest. Anthony has served on several Boards of Directors and is the author of 7 books and numerous publications. Anthony has created and designed successful business models and is a sought-after speaker and presenter.
Over 20 years’ experience building several financial services companies, with extensive focus on insurance distribution and asset/wealth management.
Spent over 10 years at National Financial Partners focusing on M&A (closed over 75 deals worth in excess of $700 million) and strategic initiatives/growth opportunities. Also served as Director of Corporate Development for BroadStreet Capital Partners.

Over 15 years’ experience spearheading strategy and operational planning and execution, driving profitability and financial performance with extensive focus on insurance distribution.
Prior to Vantage, 11 years at Marsh & McLennan Agency as SVP, Head of Strategy focusing on strategy, operations, technology, innovation and M&A.
Prior to MMA, Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on strategic project development and implementation for the Government of India.

Over 20 years’ experience in the international banking, insurance and real estate sectors with a focus on finance, treasury product development and corporate M&A.
Prior to Vantage, five years at Willis Towers Watson in London as Finance Director for the Human Capital & Benefits Division and CFO and Board Member of Towers Watson Ltd.
Prior to WTW, eight years at Bank of America as a Senior Product Manager in Global Treasury Services in London and Finance VP in Charlotte, NC. Prior to Bank of America, five years at AEGON with roles in investor relations and corporate M&A.

Six years’ experience as a corporate attorney advising public and private companies across industries on all aspects of merger & acquisitions, strategic investments and other significant corporate matters. Prior to Vantage, over five years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group.

BA – University of Wisconsin—Madison
Over five years’ experience focused on M&A and strategic initiatives in the insurance distribution industry, closing multiple transactions worth in excess of $250 million.
Prior to Vantage, worked as an investor/advisor to companies in various industries including insurance brokerage, architecture & engineering, and music royalty financing.
Prior to that worked as an Analyst in the Markets Group at BNY Mellon.
B.Sc. – Finance, University of Delaware
Nearly a decade of experience as an investor and advisor, having completed investments in over $600 million in transaction value and buyside advisory on over $2.5 billion in closed transaction value.
Prior to Vantage, worked at several middle market private equity firms and was a board director or observer for seven businesses across distribution, healthcare, industrials, automotive, and chemicals. Started career at Deutsche Bank in the investment banking division.
